- oversee/manage H&S, 5S checks and audits as directed by your line manager
- managing the productivity and performance of the workshop team
- picking, preparing and dispatching orders
- we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced workshop team leader to lead a team of skilled engineers while they carry out vital repairs, services and examinations to our hire equipment
- repairing/maintaining/servicing and testing equipment
- maintaining the accuracy of our digital database (logging of out-of-action equipment/correct inventory levels for both consumables and hire products
Requirements
- managerial or supervisory experience in warehousing essential
- recognised qualifications in warehousing an advantage
- experience & skills of a warehouse supervisor essential
- experience in logistics an advantage
- construction Site experience
- ability to manage team members and assist them in meeting their KPIs
- CSCS card desirable
- ability to manage the workload and working environment of the team
