- expertise in business analysis tools such as process modelling, user story creation, data governance, risk management and workflow re-engineering
Responsibility
- conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research to gather and document business and regulatory requirements
- analyse current systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for automation, optimisation, and streamlining
- recommend and implement enhancements in supply chain processes, ensuring seamless fulfillment of orders at optimal cost and time
