Responsibility
- oversee legal tasks across multiple countries, including engaging at board and shareholder meetings
- implement governance frameworks, policies and processes in line with all local legislation
- set up new entities according to the local jurisdiction, prepare constitutional documents, and assist with registrations and ongoing legal matters
- advise on company distributions, dissolutions, incorporations, and liquidations
- advise the board and management on corporate governance and company law
- manage the yearly legal obligations such as annual reports and financial statements
- prepare board and shareholder packs and advise on corporate governance procedures
