Responsibility
- as Property Manager you will liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
- as the Trainee Property Manager you will need to be able to provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords
- provide contractual support and assistance to Lettings Managers
- you will be overseeing a large number of non-managed tenancies
- new deal checking to ensure all online paperwork is accurate and complete
- you will deal with property inspections, updating the property management database and organising move-in and move-outs along with end of tendencies
- you must be excellent at written and verbal communication and deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- you will ensure a smooth transition with all aspects of a Let-only tenancy
Requirements
- minimum of 6 months relevent property experience
- the ideal candidate must be an all-rounder
- self-motivated and energetic
- must have the ability to problem solve
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- A flexible working attitude
- fully IT literate
- strong administration skills
