Responsibility

  • NEW - Make introductory calls and nurture customer hot leads identified by the marketing team to convert the opportunity
  • documenting all customer opportunities using a call log and using your own initiative to follow up on these calls
  • working towards team KPI’s
  • assisting the Sales Team with inbound calls and taking messages during times of high volumes
  • RETENTION - Phone all new customers within 1 month of their first order to check in, resolve any issues, upsell other products and feedback
  • RELATION - check in with key account customers on a monthly basis to gain feedback, put in place actions and upsell additional products and services
  • LAPSED - Phone lapsed customers according to the schedule to identify why they stopped purchasing and put in place actions to win them back
