Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit within the next 3 months so that the successful candidate can work alongside our current controller
- day to day management of multi-bank accounts
- paying suppliers and landlords
- recording monies received
- paying salaries and liaising with the external payroll agent
- managing Direct Debits and understanding the regulations
- RSM Property are an established, independent Property Management and Lettings agency and, due to retirement in the New Year of our current part-time Financial Controller, are looking to recruit a replacement to join our small and enthusiastic team
- managing the annual subscriptions of the various Regulatory bodies
