- supplier and Service Contracts: Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers, service providers, and contractors, ensuring efficient service delivery

- facilities Management: Coordinate and manage office space, equipment, and facilities, optimising space utilisation and functionality
- budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- procurement: Source and negotiate contracts for office supplies, furniture, and equipment
- emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans and evacuation procedures
- health & Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- event Management: Organise and oversee internal events and meetings, including room setup, catering, and technical support
