Responsibility
- we are looking for a dynamic, creative individual to manage our online presence across Social Media and our own Website
- develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities
- stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and industry trends
- engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- experience in photography and photo editing for Macro shots and catalogue images for our luxury watches and fine jewellery
- solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices - Proficiency in using social media management tools
- strong photography and video editing skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy and clarity
- familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role - Solid knowledge of using Shopify to manage our online catalogue and product portfolio
