Requirements

  • you will be expected to maintain detailed records on the company database and handle enquiries in a competent manner
  • previous experience in the property industry could be advantageous but is not essential
  • the role requires you to be responsible for the management of clients and buyers that involved arranging and conducting viewings, liaising with clients and negotiating sales
  • it is important that you are comfortable working on Saturdays, have a valid UK driver’s licence and access to your own car
  • ultimately, we are looking for a team member, who is enthusiastic, diligent and driven, with the ability to communicate and develop professional relationships with clients

Responsibility

  • check chains and ‘chase the sale’ from reservation to completion, liaising with estate agents, solicitors and developer as necessary
