  • prepare, send and store invoices and credit notes
  • managing the sales ledger
  • chasing up outstanding debts
  • process purchase orders
  • check and reconcile supplier statements
  • deal with accounts enquiries
  • ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the whole team
  • assist with management reporting

Requirements

  • extremely well organised and able to work off own initiative
  • experience using Xero accounts system
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • knowledge of VAT legislation
  • account’s, VAT & Payroll preparation experience
  • good people and communication skills and experience in dealing with people at all levels
  • excellent attention to detail and exceptionally good at multi-tasking
  • ability to work on your own or as part of a team
