  • leading the team to deliver a friendly, welcoming and efficient bar and catering service
  • developing and training the front of house team to high standards of customer service
  • liaising with Head Chef and Office Manager on the day-to-day running of the club
  • ordering, stocking, staffing and managing the bars
  • working alongside your Deputy House Manager to ensure all guests enjoy the best possible experience
  • duty manager responsibilities whilst running functions
  • achieving industry health & safety standards
  • opening and closing duties
