- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- manage and maintain our EPOS and online retail systems
- work with the Butchery team to develop and manage our online shop and click and collect service
- work with the Catering Team to develop and ensure supply of home-made Roves Farm products
- maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with suppliers
- manage the farm shop social media and website pages
- provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and use cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
- manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
- top quality leadership, supervisory and organisational skills
Requirements
- you have exceptional management skills with experience in a retail food business
- strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- warm, friendly and engaging personality
- an energy and enthusiasm to succeed
- proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative
- proven record of good attendance and flexibility
- confident and articulate when speaking to customers
- experience managing and updated EPOS systems
