  • log and code all invoices/credit notes and post to Sage 200 accounting system
  • run weekly payment run for all due payments, making sure all discounted invoices are paid within the correct time period
  • reconcile all supplier statements
  • match supplier receipts to invoices and report any price, stock or quantity discrepancies to relevant buyer or direct to supplier
  • chase up any credits or any unresolved queries
  • answer any queries from supplies
  • manage spreadsheets for month end stock reconcile purposes
  • any ad hoc reports and accounts admin needed
