Responsibility
- we have had some incredible musicians grace our doors over the years, and that will always be the case
- the best new music sits at the heart of everything that we do
- managing and working on the Bar including running of all day-to-day operations
- managing and working on the Café including running of all day-to-day operations
- bar stock ordering
- working on the Bar if required
- we have the exciting opportunity for a hard-working and passionate music lover to come and join us in the capacity of Bar and Events Supervisor in our Rough Trade Bristol store. This role is part-time and is for 30 hours per week

Requirements
- bar and events experience essential. Previous supervisory experience preferred
- café and Barista experience essential
- passionate about new music and grassroots music venues
- bar experience essential
- basic barista training required
- must have proven experience as a team leader or key holder in a similar role
- passionate about supporting and growing Bristol's grassroots music scene
- social media savvy
