  • an exciting opportunity due to retirement after 45yrs to become our Timber Buyer
  • responsible for the sourcing, purchasing and replenishment of all timber and building materials
  • previous Timber knowledge and experience essential
  • overseeing and helping our sales team and dealing with customer queries or complaints
  • maintaining stock records and performing regular stock takes
  • reporting to directors and liaising with our works manager
  • chain of custody knowledge advantageous
  • good communication and social skills essential
