Responsibility
we are looking for Office Assistant/Bookkeeper
depending on experience this would also include bank reconciliations
training can be provided if need be - the important thing is an eye for detail
as an Office Assistant, the successful candidates role will include, aiding in the day to day running of the office, maintaining Health and Safety procedures and documentation using our online HR system, answering calls and taking messages during busy periods as well as helping customers where able
the bookkeeping side of the role will include inputting supplier invoices and payments onto our Sage 50 accounts software, as well as sending out monthly customer statements
whilst we have advertised this as a bookkeeping position, these processes are relatively simple, and a switched on person would have no problem picking this up
Requirements
relevant qualifications
experience with accounting software
A Pleasant, honest and friendly nature, with good communication skills and a "can do" attitude
experience with maintaining Health and safety documentation
responsible and conscientious with a good eye for detail
first Aid Certification
good Basic IT skills
willing to learn and progress with the company
