Responsibility

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website enhancements and new features
  • manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • manage, analyse and update connected web systems and plugins such as Ai Search bar, quiz, loyalty system, automated emails etc
  • monitor website performance and conduct regular audits to identify and fix issues
  • understanding of web tracking, A/B and MVT testing
  • design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels
  • work with cross-functional teams to optimize website for search engine optimization to improve organic traffic
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and design

Requirements

  • at least 3 years Proven experience in a similar role
  • proficient in WordPress & WooCommerce
  • familiarity with CRO tools and platforms like Hotjar, MS Clarity, Optimizely, CrazyEgg & VWO
  • proven experience with Google and other analytics platforms
  • familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
  • good knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
