at this exciting time we are looking for the right individual to join our Operations team
our Ops admin team are at the core of business operations and ensure that orders reach our customers, returns are managed and work with our third party partners to ensure despatch and delivery run smoothly
processing sales orders for despatch, working with our warehouse & logistics partners to ensure orders reach our customers within SLA’s
working with the returns processing team to ensure incoming returns are correctly recording & stock systems/customer records maintained
managing customer collections

Requirements
communication skills – both written and verbal
previous e-commerce experience
problem solving - a desire to find fast, cost-effective solutions
knowledge of the Furniture & Homewares industry
confident with IT, with the ability to learn new systems and programmes
warehouse/Logistics Experience

can do attitude & a team player
