Responsibility

  • this role will be a 24-32hrs per week
  • you are responsible for the quick and efficient operation of the Dish Wash room area
  • ensuring that the Kitchen, Bar and Dining room are provided with equipment quickly as possible, in a safe manner
  • also maintaining the safety of the Dish Wash and surrounding areas at all times to avoids slips, trips and accidents
  • to assist with Goods Inwards as required in receiving and putting away stocks and dealing with waste container change over
  • to be able to carry out a deep clean of all equipment including drains and back of house areas
  • providing support as required to carry out food preparation and assistance during service
  • keep the pot wash area clean and tidy and free of rubbish and debris
