- our office manager will be at the heart of our business, and will be crucial to the smooth running of it
- some basic finance or bookkeeping experience would also be an advantage
- you will also maintain the offices and facilities
Show more +4 - you will need to be highly organised, able to work in a structured way and able to tackle a myriad of different tasks and duties – often juggling several at the same time
- your primary role is to be the central point of contact for everyone, have an overview of many different things, develop an in depth working knowledge of the business and its aims, and to pitch in wherever necessary to ensure the company operates smoothly
- you will need good secretarial skills, diary management experience, basic IT skills, proven written and communication skills, an ability to work closely with everyone in the business and to be able to undertake some project work occasionally
- keeping records of office expenditure
