Responsibility
- rose Marketing UK is a well-established confectionery importer and distributor and is part of Irish based Rose Holdings Group
- to be the principal interface between the supply chain team and the direct sales teams
- to process sales orders and ensure maintenance of the sales orders in accordance with the agreed company processes
- to ensure maintenance of the sales orders and invoicing in accordance with the agreed company processes
- releasing orders in accordance with customer requests and stock availability
- booking in orders with customers goods in departments
- matching despatch notes with sales orders to ensure accurate invoicing
- planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
Requirements
- strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- computer literate
- good communication skills
- previous experience of working in a sales administration role within a fast paced, supply chain/distribution environment
- knowledge of the FMCG sector would be advantageous
