Responsibility

  • maintaining client's accounts, verifying and posting transactions
  • analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
  • managing client invoices & payments
  • liaising with clients and their vendors, reconciling any billing discrepancies
  • resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • recording client assets and handling investments
  • ensuring that all KPI’s and Deliverables are met in line with the required scope of work for each client
  • managing & filing relevant client documentation electronically
