Responsibility

  • root One North Ltd deliver a variety of soft and hard landscaping services across three sectors, namely, commercial, social and residential
  • managing all aspects of project delivery on and off-site
  • leading or supporting the successful delivery of projects
  • managing operational staff and delegating/prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines
  • completing tender pricing for potential project opportunities
  • root One North Ltd are a long and well-established Aberdeen based business, in our 9th year of successful trading, we have a strong reputation for delivering a quality services to our client groups
  • providing cost management support to the Group Managing Director
  • providing cost advice and preparing monthly valuations to our clients

Requirements

  • experienced manager, gained within soft and hard landscaping projects with min 5 year’s experience
  • good communication skills, ensuring deadline are met for the successful completion of projects
  • good technical writing and client-facing communication skills
  • reliable well-organised, motivated, proactive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
  • site Management Safety Training Scheme
  • relevant horticulture / landscaping qualification
  • A solid and practical understanding of the importance of health and safety at work
  • driving Licence essential
