Responsibility
- root One North Ltd deliver a variety of soft and hard landscaping services across three sectors, namely, commercial, social and residential
- managing all aspects of project delivery on and off-site
- leading or supporting the successful delivery of projects
- managing operational staff and delegating/prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines
- completing tender pricing for potential project opportunities
- root One North Ltd are a long and well-established Aberdeen based business, in our 9th year of successful trading, we have a strong reputation for delivering a quality services to our client groups
- providing cost management support to the Group Managing Director
- providing cost advice and preparing monthly valuations to our clients
Requirements
- experienced manager, gained within soft and hard landscaping projects with min 5 year’s experience
- good communication skills, ensuring deadline are met for the successful completion of projects
- good technical writing and client-facing communication skills
- reliable well-organised, motivated, proactive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- site Management Safety Training Scheme
- relevant horticulture / landscaping qualification
- A solid and practical understanding of the importance of health and safety at work
- driving Licence essential
