Responsibility

  • control Room B in Battersea Power Station is looking for a Head Bartender / Bar Supervisor
  • this candidate will have previous experience in cocktail bars, and experience with procurement and creation of cocktails
  • support the Bar manager on the day-to-day operation
  • be in charge of keeping the bar organised and efficient
  • support the Bar manager with ordering
  • creating cocktails on a monthly basis that would be on our monthly activation menu
  • monthly stocktaking
