Responsibility

  • gaining a basic understanding of legislations and standards
  • logging of all enquiries in to the company on to the company quote register
  • contacting main contractors and roofers to obtain any information required for completion of tenders
  • completion of tenders in advance of customer return dates
  • completion of marked up sketches of roof safety system designs for all tenders
  • liaising with the admin team, sales team, design team, contracts team, accounts team, site surveyors, installation engineers and MD as necessary
  • updating the company quote register with all required information once a quotation has been provided
  • saving all enquiry information, pricing sheets and designs to the customer project electronic file
