Responsibility

  • inputting all invoices received into Xero & Dext
  • reconciling Bank and Credit Card Accounts
  • preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns with support from external accountant
  • manage Company Cash Flow - Ingoing & Outgoing
  • raising invoices and chasing up overdue invoices
  • running P&L reports on specific projects annually
  • preparing records to balance our year end, and liaising with external accountants in relation to the preparation of Annual Accounts

Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience in the UK
  • solid knowledge of Xero
  • excellent numeracy with high attention to detail
  • efficient and self-motivated
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • accounting: 3 years
  • bookkeeping: 3 years
