Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry in excess of 2 years
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food production, culinary trends, and beverage preparation
- ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- understanding of financial aspects of bar management including budgeting and cost control
