Responsibility
- we are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Roman store as a Store Manager
- so, are you a retail lover with a passion for Customer Service?
- accountable for company policy for sales reporting and cash handling
- to ensure the store has the correct level of staffing on the correct days
- to plan and control staff holiday dates to ensure consistent cover
- to ensure that the store implements organised promotions in accordance with company instructions and guidelines
- to develop future talent
- to take accountability for Health and Safety policies and provide training on the company procedures
