Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics, warehousing, or transportation services is highly advantageous
  • exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the food and drink manufacturing industry or a similar field
