  • A passion for a play based approach to children’s learning and development
  • commitment, enthusiasm and motivation with a desire to create a successful nursery
  • full & Relevant Early Years Qualification Level 3+
  • patience, passion, and the desire to ensure all children achieve their full potential regardless of their starting point
