Responsibility
- build and develop relationships with key business stakeholders and customers
- identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure financial savings are maximised
- drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments
- compile reports as required
- support the Business Manager
- accountability for handling all incoming phone calls and enquires
- liaising with clients on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship
- deliver the accuracy and integrity of records, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies
