Responsibility
manage all aspects of customer accounts
ensuring all jobs have an associated accurate invoice raised, matching to job sheets and POs
this position is responsible for raising invoices, taking card payments, chasing quotes, chasing payments, negotiating sales, updating of customer accounts
pro-active following up of customer quotes to generate work
checking supplier invoices against delivery notes and against PO's
liaise with customers via their preferred method - such as uploading job sheets, quotes/invoices to a web portal or email
and have the experience and flexibility to carry out varied office duties
proactive chasing of overdue invoices
Requirements
accounts experience 2 years
experience of working in a busy office environment
GCSE's or equivalent
IT skills - good use of MS Office, Sage Accounts, Web Portals
accounts administration: 2 years
