Requirements
- they must be very much driven by results, whether that’s sales, marketing, customer success, or operational requirements
- however, they must be an accomplished and experienced salesperson ideally within a Retail environment
- they must be able to communicate to a very high standard, both in written and verbal communication
- they must be a team player as well as being very comfortable using their initiative and working on their own
- they must truly understand that we’re looking to achieve a customer experience, aligned with Roland’s Global Brand, as well as simply success measured in terms of sales results
- they must have previously managed a team of people
- they must be obsessed with the detail, whether that’s in terms of display standards, organisation or how we are communicating with our customers, the store team or other Roland personnel
- in our busy store environment, they must be highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure, particularly when handling a number of tasks at the same time
