As a practice Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy law firm.Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.To write, implement and monitor the firm's Annual Business Plan.Recruitment and selection of staff.Provide HR support to all staff as and when required.Manage sickness absence and undertake RTW interviews.All operational and facilities matters relating to the practice.Manage 3rd party suppliers.Minute taker/facilitator to the monthly Directors Meetings.Arrange annual PII insurance.Complete annual practicing certificate renewal.Complete annual re-accreditation for CQS.Arrange annual office insurance.Ensure Office Manual is kept up to date and compliant.Co-ordinate quarterly archiving exercise.First point of contact for all IT issues.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionFree parkingSick paySchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Management: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
