Responsibility

  • negotiating offers between the landlord and tenant
  • canvassing/door-knocking
  • providing excellent customer service at all times
  • enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • identify and properly register potential tenants and landlords
  • arranging Emergency Repairs
  • assisting with business generation
  • securing offers for tenancies

Requirements

  • full driving licence
  • ability to work to deadlines
  • ARLA Qualified desirable not essential
  • excellent communicator with the desire to achieve results
  • leadership skills
  • to have at least 1 years’ experience within a similar role
  • A great telephone manner with the ability to quickly build a picture of customers circumstances and needs
  • experienced in valuations, negotiating lets, check ins, check outs, inspections, property maintenance and lettings legislation
