  • strong leadership and team management skills to guide kitchen staff and coordinate with other departments
  • ability to create and implement efficient systems and processes to optimise restaurant operations
  • strong understanding of food safety and quality control standards
  • excellent communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, staff, and customers effectively
  • creative thinking and innovation to develop unique menu items and adapt to changing market demands
