- take ownership of the daily CRM communications with regular audits and optimise content based on audience learnings
- accurately artwork within the marketing templates for all print related collateral,digital assets for web, social media and e-shots
- handle internal and external communications and PR efforts
- help define, create, execute, and revise a program of targeted multichannel campaigns, designed to create stickiness, inform and educate our customer-base
- weekly and monthly reporting on CRM and other marketing collateral
- create email marketing to be sent regularly to our database using basic HTML
- execute digital strategy across various channels
- coordinate marketing collateral creation and ensure brand compliance
- understand and interpret marketing briefs for new products
- exhibition and Tradeshow support. Including development of show materials with external agencies, event promotion
- ensure compliance with GDPR and Data Protection Act regulations
- write engaging, creative, and interesting SEO optimised content. This includes content for our websites, blogs, and marketing collateral
- update websites using a bespoke CMS system
- input into brand positioning and act as a brand champion
- provide sales collateral support to the key account team
- write and execute weekly emails to the database, working closely with the Commercial Director. As well as supporting with B2B communications
- proofing all types of media prior to being sent out
- regularly audit, review, and improve all websites from a functionality and creative perspective
- work with our internal analytics teams to design and evolve actionable customer segmentations
- reviewing performance of marketing media types
- work with the Marketing Manager, commercial sales leads and our global marketing team to support the development of our annual marketing plan, to feed our business priorities and our organic growth plans
- manage and run photoshoots
- support marketing team with organising and running lifestyle photoshoots
- use Canva to create a range of marketing collateral to support onsite promotions and activities working with other businesses
- working closely alongside the Ecommerce Manager to execute strategic website developments and PPC support, as well as taking full ownership for daily website updates
- work collaboratively with freelance designers and third-party agencies to create premium, accurate marketing collateral
- responsible for supporting a range of marketing communication initiatives
- manage onsite PR stays to ensure they have a positive and seamless experience and to capture strong and relevant PR content
