ideally you will have a strong office background and experience of dealing with customers
A legal background would be advantageous
we are willing to train for the right person
the role entails
dealing with landlords and tenants
carrying out viewings
supporting the management of property maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords to resolve problems
ensuring any outstanding/pending maintenance issues are chased on a regular basis, and that progress updates on repair issues are communicated
overseeing the renewals of legal documents, insurances, memberships, certificates etc
assist with ensuring the changeover of tenancies results in a smooth transition, assisting with check-ins and check outs
managing lettings files ensuring compliance and efficiency within this task
ensuring gas certificates, Electrical certificates, EPC’s and inventories are always up to date
reviewing inventories and inspections
chasing rent arrears, handling rent payments and deposits as and when required
assisting in the tenancy referencing process
processing of tenant application forms
