Responsibility

  • an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the award-winning restaurant Rock & Rose in Richmond SW London
  • as a business who has food at our core we are looking for a Sous Chef who has a passion and flair for cooking with a creative streak who can produce high quality food in a fast paced environment
  • this position will ideally suit a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who is looking to grow their career in a secure progressive business. We provide full on the job training as well as courses to maintain our legislative requirements
  • rock & Rose is privately owned which and is part of a small group of four restaurants in the area. We run three brands and can offer career security and progression
  • assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen production ensuring quality and consistency every time
