Responsibility
- rock Garden in Torquay are looking for a duty manager
- A duty manager is required for our popular, fun & innovative Torquay venue
- the successful candidate must have supervisory experience in a restaurant, pub or bar environment preferably with high volume experience
- \* Run shifts in the restaurant and bar areas
- \* Take responsibility for food service in the restaurant
- \* Ensure excellent customer service is provided
- \* Carry out Duty Manager tasks
- \* Train and develop the team
Requirements
- \* Experience in restaurant/bar supervision/management
- \* Ideally experience in a quality food led hospitality environment
- \* Good understanding of food and efficient service
- \* Team player with a strong work ethic
- \* Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry
- \* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
