This was one of the best care homes until 2 years ago when the new management took over. Now it is fast becoming the worst in the area, The owner is self-righteous, arrogant, and a bully, I worked there for 3 months and was promised training for areas which I had advised before I started that I would need assistance with, nothing was provided. I was verbally attacked by the owner and when I tried to defend myself I was unceremoniously let go. I have sent an inquiry to the CQC which I am hoping will be investigated. The home is dirty and the food has gone down so bad, this is not due to the kitchen staff but due to the low-quality food which is purchased. I have been advised that there is a lot of staff who want to leave but due to Visa issues they are stuck which
