Responsibility
- this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 years experience
- manage a large portfolio of rental properties
- our ideal candidate will be able to work independently, handling all aspects of lettings transactions
- keep properties occupied with pre qualified tenants through advertising and coordinating move ins
- develop and maintain tenant relations by implementing rental agreements and taking relevant actions to ensure terms are enforced
- schedule maintenance and repairs, liaising with third parties and ensuring properties are regularly inspected

- you will be responsible for providing excellent service to new and existing clients whilst working and collaborating with our team in the Stockton branch and also the wider Robinsons Tees Valley network
