you will be confident at completing and exercising regular; department manager reviews, gaining high scoring on customer satisfaction, productivity v's payroll costs, and operational and commercial reporting within all departments
hold a good understanding of legislation with Consumer Duty Law and Health and Safety to ensure the dealership continues to offer top levels of customer satisfaction and is a safe place for both Customers to visit and our people to work
the ability and knowledge to work to budgets and KPI’s, and a good understanding of Management Accounts will be required to ensure a continued need to make changes amid market trends and stock availability
