Responsibility
- we currently have a vacancy for a Shift Plant Manager
- reporting to the Deputy Cell Manager, you will control the production for a specific group of chemical manufacturing plants
- providing production advice, you will be actively involved in maintaining plant operating efficiency, safety and environmental standards
- we manufacture intermediates for the Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical and Speciality Chemical industries as well as many others and our team of chemists are experts in custom synthesis, contract manufacture and process optimisation
- you will also be responsible for effective staff allocation, training and discipline
- we offer a wide range of custom manufactured intermediates on a commercial scale from kilograms to multi-tonnes, all produced to the highest possible quality and environmental standards
- we are committed to seeking innovative solutions to products and processes and have a proven track record for delivering right first time and on time
- you will ensure production and quality targets are met in a safe manner and take actions to ensure that the processes operate to budget
