- robert Bell & Company Ltd is seeking a Surveyor to join our team
- our roots go back 200 years and the firm remains centred in Horncastle with offices in Lincoln and Woodhall Spa too
- commercial Sales and Lettings - Marketing appraisals, agreeing terms, marketing, negotiating and progressing sales
- this position is to take a lead and seek opportunities to expand the commercial work we undertake
- there are over 30 members of staff and a growing number of fee earners including 5 chartered surveyors
- development Land – Advising on planning and liaising with planning consultants, negotiating terms for options or advising on sales
Requirements
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- must be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be proficient in using a calculator, tape measure, computers and other general office equipment
- must be confident with communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person
- be able to come across in a cordial manner, in line with the company ethos
- prefer experience with at least 1 years PQE and a be a Registered Valuer
- must be confident in offering long term sound advice
