- this is a very busy newly opened flagship store
- massive opportunities will be available for the right candidate, as further massive expansion is planned in the coming years
- manage day-to-day operations of the Bakery / Coffee Shop
- be a role model for your team when it comes to punctuality, performance, customer service, teamwork and efficient operations
- ensure the exceptional condition of the store
- perform duties incl. Front of House, Welcoming Customers, Sales, Working on the till
- we are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual, with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and make this project a success
- perform duties incl. Preparing Coffees, Customer Service, and Cleaning to close the shift
Requirements
- previous similar experience in a busy coffee shop or/ bakery shop
- strong Barista Background
- ability to lead by example, provide excellent customer service and generate sales
- sound knowledge of food safety regulations
- organised and Great Team Leader
- excellent MS Office Skills
- excellent communication skills
- loads of energy, and desire to work hard toward long-term goals, career development and business growth
