Requirements
- experience of a motorsport environment either through hobbies or Formula Student would be advantageous
- you should have some 3D modelling and technical drawing skills, with a basic knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
- you will have a dedicated line manager who will conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings to aid personal development
- there is a strong pedigree of Graduate Engineers progressing to Senior Design Engineers and beyond
- we are looking for candidates who work well in a small team, and are keen to work at a fast pace on a variety of vehicle systems
- you will be integrated fully into the design team, who collectively have a wide knowledge base for the students to learn from
Responsibility
- select proprietary components where possible to reduce cost, whilst meeting design criteria
