providing administrative/secretarial support to fee earners such as file opening, printing, scanning, filing and file closing
taking phone calls, make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain the diary for yourself and fee earners
effectively communicating with clients and being the first point of contact
dealing with ID and AML Checks
dealing with incoming/outgoing post
audio typing
to attend clients both in person and on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner ensuring that quality of service levels are to the highest standards
to make effective use of the firms’ case management systems
Requirements
organisational and administrative Skills
written and verbal communication skills
excellent telephone manner
IT proficiency
the ability to work well as a team
must be able to work under their own initiate with a strong attention to detail
