Responsibility
providing administrative/secretarial support to fee earners to include but not limited to file opening, printing, scanning, filing, file closings, time recording, bundling and copying
preparing invoices and taking payments
to prepare meeting rooms as necessary and arrange for the tidying and clearance of rooms at the conclusion of meetings as well as providing refreshments when asked to do so
effectively communicating with clients and being the first point of contact
manage a clean and organised reception / office including office supply orders
any other duties you are required to perform from time to time, which may include work in other departments
