Responsibility
- previous experience in retail sales essential, preferably furniture sales
- assist and advise customers with making purchases from a wide range of sofa’s and beds within our Parkgate and Drakehouse stores
- processing customer sales
- ensuring all products and materials are ordered and in stock
- adhering to company store sales, cash handling and banking procedures
- ensure that the appearance of the store is kept clean and tidy in line with the company standards
- A combination of excellent communication skills both verbal and written and product knowledge allows the Sales Consultant to assess customer needs efficiently and fulfil them accurately
- any other duties as directed by line management
