we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Riverside Inn, which is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be opening soon
training and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
the successful candidate will work alongside the team to help develop a high-quality food offering that features freshly prepared dishes using seasonal ingredients
Requirements
proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
passion for cooking with seasonal ingredients
excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
ability to work well under pressure
strong communication and leadership skills
relevant culinary qualifications
